What is Blue Lotus?

Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a beautiful water lily that has been admired for centuries for its beauty and traditional use in teas, botanical collections, and personal rituals.

How do I prepare a lotus flower as tea?

We recommend using approximately 2 teaspoons (2–3 g) per 250 ml of water. Pour water at 80–90°C (176–194°F) over the botanicals and allow them to steep for 8–10 minutes.

How do I prepare your botanical tea blends?

Use approximately 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of hot water and steep for 8–10 minutes for the best flavour and aroma.

Are your products intended as medicine?

No. Our products are sold as botanical products for tea, personal rituals, aromatic use, and botanical collections. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not make medical claims.

Are your products suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend using lotus flowers or certain botanicals during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before use.

Why may the flowers look different from the photos?

Our lotus flowers and botanicals are natural products. Variations in colour, shape, size, and aroma are completely normal and may occur between harvests and batches.

How should I store my products?

Store your botanicals in ap1 dry, and dark place in a tightly sealed container to help preserve their quality and aroma.

How long do your products stay fresh?

When stored correctly, most of our botanical products maintain their quality for 12 to 24 months.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened botanical products or teas. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help find a suitable solution.
